What broker are you using? I don't use any outside vendor for level II because I have Etrade and they give level II on both pinks and otc. For a lousy 30 trades per quarter (which isn't that much) they give you access to both Pro and Market Trader - they both come along with many other invaluable features. I use Etrade for their tools only - I do most of my trading through choicetrade.
