Or perhaps it could be that SNP has already seen all the technical information on all the blocks because they plan to partner with ERHC on our 2 100% blocks and therefore at this early stage don't need to request to see the info because they've already seen it. I for one, believe the odds are that ERHC and SNP will be partnering in the STP EEZ, or it could be that they're waiting for the Asian roadshow to request the info, or perhaps they never will and CNOOC has been given the green light by Beijing to attack the STP EEZ, perhaps they never will request it because STP supports Tawain. lol
