Message from the CEO of ARTS. I asked him some very direct questions and this was his response...
Well, these guys get hot and spit all kinds of junk. We are running a
great company and we will protect us. Now, I'm not trying to be litigious
with these guys, but what they are doing is still illegal and they can get
in trouble with SEC themselves. Now, the SEC may not file criminal charges,
but because these guys are using internet to scare of peoples shares, it's
FEDERAL. And I promise you, I may be a nice guy, but our company will go
after them for this kind of slander and nonsense. We know all these people,
and there are several cases that these people have to answer to. There are
several publicly traded companies that these bashers are on chatting boards and
SEC and both FEDERAL and State agencies are following them. Their main
attack M/O is the same. 1. Call CEO a crook. 2. Scream dilution 3. And call
the company a scam. Well, in legal terms its slander, and in FEDERAL terms,
they are attempting to manipulate the market and share price, and tortuously
interfere with our business...and by the way, since they also communicate
between each other...then that falls under "organized Crime" ( just look up
under "Torts" and RICCO act i.e. racketeering.) And yes, I don't care if you
post this. Because unlike their response of hiding behind statements like"
IN my honest opinion"...This is the fact based on truth and everything has
been already disclosed.
