4:00PM, TIV closes flat, no increase. Why? because the "market place" realized it was the same ole same ole PR. TIV "plans" to do something (3rd quarter?) and "once it is completed" it "should have" enough artificial lift "capacity" to "permit" higher sustained rates (5 minutes extrapolated to 24 hours?) "following" extended steaming "in the future". Is there anything new or different here? This sure sounds like to me its deja vu all over again...just a different person telling the same story.
