yep e-biz guy..i spoke with coo myself ..reverse merger between skts and mcci was a sucess 59% buyout . skts trade in germany at .$1.75...skts trying to trade here in the state so they are filing to become fully pk reporting and the coo said that 3months ago ..so news could be out by end of month or earlier...skts check it out.
