I agree. I think they are doing what they set out to do per the SEC letter sent to Daic. One thing we've never had is consistent, competent legal representation in my opinion, which seems to have changed with the Storm firm. I think you have to read between the lines on stockholder information. From what I can tell Dave and the attorneys are doing what was set out in the SEC document. With the fact that Dave is still buying shares as high as .03+, I think this gives shareholders about as much information as is available. Both legal cases are progressing and as I said earlier, the state court case could probably finalize before Tmobile. I would speculate that without the state court case being settled, we may not see much in the way of other progress or news from the BOD. Settlement of the state court case with Daic would be a news worthy item and probably an SEC filing, short of that I don't expect to see much. Once a settlement is announced, I do think the train will leave the station pretty fast.
