I have seen too many of these pink sheet buyouts that are put out in a pr with a buyout price and not the name of the buyer. Almost all of them never happen. The buyout gets delayed many times and goes away and it seems like the management was sellig stk during the time the buyout was going to happen. I hope this one is different but I doubt it
