Well this place lets you post minimal. I was trying to post to a board other than this and told I had to have Premium blah, blah, blah. Guy was wondering why they have Braille Drive-up ATM machines. Well here's the reason... you only need 8% vision or less to be 'Legally Blind'. (LOL wonder if same for Legally Blonde, ie. grey matter). :)

I know at least one lady who is legally blind, no license, no insurance and has driven for the last 10 years with no accidents. Legal drivers with accidents...for shame!
