I'm guessing we get a PR stating the deal fell through. I'm with VC and HH on this. Something doesn't seem right about any of it. If this were as terrible for us as he tried to make it seem why haven't we seen the same volume selling that was buying back in September and October. All we really saw was frustrated IHubbers taking their chips off the table IMO.
I've also tried to contact the target company via emails and through their web contact form. Never have heard back. But something strange happened last week after I submitted an email. About an hour later there was a dump of some 1/2 million shares. My conspiracy radar went off at that point. Thought it might have been an attempt to shake more of us little guys.
Someone posted earlier that they called and talked to a secretary who seemed clueless about any happenings. Although she did offer to leave a message for the CEO. I'm not a phone person so I haven't tried to call.
Not that this means anything but I did a whois search on Samuel's main website samdevelop.com and he purchased that for multiple years. gempowered.com was bought for one year and they probably didn't spend a lot to have it built. It's fairly bare bones even though it looks pretty. Just some kind of flash template similar to the one used for samdevelop.com. I think the only reason it exists is to give some sort of credibility to this.
Things just aren't adding up. But this is just my humble opinion.
