Thank you for your response. Your analogy makes perfect sense. The only trouble i see is that if i was just squatting in a house for a short amount of time, but trying to attract "residents" to help lower my rent cost, i would at least make the house presentable. :)

It is great that they have patents and the way i see it is if they are right patents, we have a gold mine here. Only time will tell. Thanks again!
