question for the board....if the ceo says everything is on track and the info. is suppossed to be released in the beginning of April, when does it become necessary to notify shareholders to a change in plans in order to avoid being accused of misinformation?......I'm sure there's a logical explanation for the delay..... I'm just wondering at what point does the ceo need to release a pr, regardless, just to inform shareholders and help them avoid additional lose on investment?
