I see. You are correct. This is just explaining to people that there will be VALUE to the GOTV shares - an actual CASH value, based on quarterly revenue. You will receive a dividend of CASH based on revenues.

Well, even if this was already known, I did not really understand that they planned on giving out cash dividends, so that is helpful - and apparently a lot of other people did not understand this value to the GOTV shares either.

But it is good news regardless!!!
