Total guess on my part especially since the company won't answer directly, but I would be willing to bet a dozen doughnuts that they won't stop diluting until the float is around 800 million shares. Maybe a billion, but I can't imagine why they would devalue their own company by releasing all the authorized shares. Well, if they plan on doing a reverse split maybe...
This is looking like a scam now. I hope it's not, but it sure looks like it. PR to raise capital by continued dilution of shares. I wonder if they've been reported yet.
