I really hate to be negative but you have to consider that Ichan's interest in ANX may not be as altruistic as everyone wants it to be. I have nothing to base this on but there could be reasons that he wants to prevent ANX from succeeding because its success will have a bigger negative impact on some other Ichan holding than if ANX success will have. In other words, Ichan loses more if ANX succeeds.
