Basically the company has had ties with government officials and families with notarieties in Africa. Deployment would be the obvious connection.

I've spoken with Val over the phone in the past and he seemed avidly interested in not only deploying in africa, but advocating for simple human rights in access to information which would help the learning curve to those underserved. It would be a cost effective solution and as he pointed out, education was the objective.
