I have noticed that Ekwan-X has filed for a name change with the state of Wyoming. Has Ekwan been bought out, merged, reversed merged, or some other type of transaction that shareholders can look foward to hearing about? Thank you for your time and good luck.

I believe you have the WRONG Wyoming entity. My entity is NOT, has NEVER nor WILL EVER be involved with the PUBLICLY traded Ekwan-X, Inc.(EKWX), Bob Godin(or ANY of his associates and/or associations), Continental Precious Metals, Inc., any mineral research, any new technology research, any other speculative investing or future reverse merging ANY KIND!!! We are a privately held concern with ZERO outstanding shares, NONE for sale at present nor is ANY kind of future public offering planned. And with us NOT being a publicly traded NO FURTHER EXPLANATION IS NECESSARY OR FORTHCOMING!! We kindly ask that ALL rumormongering CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

Well is someone FORGING your name and email?.....I don't mean to bother you....but this has been filed with the state of Wyoming. Or are you involved in a way you shouldn't be?

This is a legal filing. If any wrong doing has occured, you have a responsiblilty to disclose under rules of the state of Wyoming and the SEC.

I have seen this email on more than one occasion.

Something is fishy. Filings indicate your email, and you say it has nothing to do with you. It seems to me, you would wish to be a little more helpful. Are you saying that you did not file the documents I sent you?

Do you vultures read or investigate ANYTHING before you come poaching around? The below post was taken from the same site that your alleged post came from. I can assure you, this conversation NEVER took place with me nor ANYONE involved with this entity, period!! ALL of our corporate needs are handled by family members therefore WE will NEVER need any outside vendor, service provider, etc. to do ANYTHING for this company. I would suggest you follow up with whomever posted this. AGAIN, this is a private, family owned entity with NO STOCK, of ANY KIND ISSUED!! I have the minute book with NO mention of a stock registry or intention of stock being offered or for sale to the public nor will there EVER be!! Also, there are NO Securities filings of any kind, bank accounts, escrow stock account(s), etc for this entity related to your claims. Obviously, you have been caught up in the hype of someone making you rich. Maybe YOU and the others need to check and see EXACTLY which entity you bought and own. You all can start with LEAVING US ALONE!! AND STOP PUBLISH PRIVATE INFORMATION!!!!!

Now it's getting personal. I asked you if the documents I sent were in fact you. You obviously don't understand FRAUD, or maybe you do. If these documents are in fact you, then some FRAUD has occurred. I'm not saying it was by you.

I don't understand why a someone in your position would wish to dismiss it as my being a vulture.

You have not heard the last reguarding this matter. I will be in contact with the state and other authorities.

The only one at risk of being prosecuted, fpr any reason, is yourself since you have obviously sold this stock. We have yet to receive 1 dime from our investment in this company. You obviously don't understand English well enough to get what has happened here. I have NOTHING to prove to ANYONE in this instance. the ONLY one to profit, thus far, is whomever is underwriting this stock. Of which, I have NO knowledge of nor contact with. You are investigating the wrong person and entity. And that is ALL the explanation YOU or anyone else is owed, period. I would STRONGLY suggest you do some serious research on your issue and come up with a better solution than bother honest, hard working people about THEIR PRIVATE AFFAIRS!! Why weren't you this diligent BEFORE getting involved with your alleged stock.
