It doesn't say anywhere in the POR that the CTs are going to be cancelled - it only says that the Equity Preferreds and Commons will be cancelled after the Creditors and Judge approve the POR.
I don't think the CTs can be cancelled until the end of the bankruptcy which will not be for 3 years - unless they are paid in some way.
