The company announced the dilution of float, it was increased by some 5,5M I belive. However, this doesnt mean that these shares dont stay at one place and are added to the market float. The got dilution only on paper but these shares werent sold last week.

MMs anyway took the chance of this paper-diluting and created an illusion of diluting using VERT selling. But it was never dilutive shares, it was common shorting as they have been doing it for months.
