did you ask him why the float increased 5,000,000,000 shares without any dilution?
I know it sounds great that he says there is no dilution but same things were going on at CMKX. We now all know that sucker had so many billion shares dumped thats its impossible to count them all. Yet most people didn't want to believe dilution was an issue thanks to Mr Casavants claims on the phone.
I hate calling anyone over the phone to get reliable info because you can't record a phone call and use anything like that as evidence without getting prior consent to record the call. If theres is no recording then anything you say is just hearsay with no proof. If you end up in court who'll have a better lawyer? A small investor that just lost all his money or a CEO who just sold billions of shares and took money from tons of investors?
Been suckered like this many times some years ago..... Had a few CEOs tell me I am crazy for even thinking they'd be dumping shares at such "low" prices and how there was no dilution, etc. Then I figured out how to get SEC filings and saw first hand I was lied to. So instead of calling, I wrote the same CEOs and asked the same questions. Each and everyone refused to answer!!!! Some of them just gave me a # to call if I wanted to talk.
Perhaps we should all come up with some good, HARD questions we need answers too and email Dan to see how he responds. If he answers us we'll know that he is for real... If he doesn't... Well, at least we'll know.
