Counter suit against Newton/RCCH and/or IWS ??? LMAO. For sending somebody an e-mail which was then passed on which per the post below is illegal in the first place ??? Too funny. Newton could send anybody an e-mail and tell them he just bought the Brooklyn Bridge and is going to fly it too the moon so that he will be the first to open a toll bridge across crater XYZ and would have a monopoly on the moon. So what ??? Did it happen ??? Did it affect the share price ??? Was it made as a public announcement ??? No to all. Maybe he was bored with all the e-mails and felt like goofing on somebody. No law against that. There are laws against manipulation, defamation and interfering with business though and the penalties are steep. Good luck.

so yes I have both emails and there is two of them which have a disclaimer so they cant be shown.
