I suppose the first year could start Jan 1 05 and all of 04 could be considered testing. But there is no indication that processing is now proceeding at 800+ tons per month, or that almi has enough orders to produce at that rate. So far the only orders to date are two 50 ton, one that was due last June and one that was recently announced. My concern is that the company is not announcing enough orders to require a high level of mine output and throughput at this time.
