Well its not good or bad. Its Possative money Pressure and a large amount of it. My "Speculation" says that when I read
None of the banks that participated in this week’s session offered to sell dollars.
That is telling me that they are using this Auction to generate more US Dollars. They are going to need a lot to convert when the time is rite.

I pose a question to all and say, WHY! or how many ways would they want to keep holding on to the US Dollar. What are the reasons? You tell me
