k that was long as hell but a few things i took from it is the fact that you say vspc is not the first company that was approached about the grass...i dont see any issue with that...even if dp was approached first why would they take an unproven product and start wasting r&d time on it...instead they would have told chang to go out and test and develop then when its ready bring it back...another thing is if you are talking buyout, wouldnt that then mean dp would have to take over the entire operation and do everything themselves??? it just makes sense that in a "partnership" dp would still have vspc/vge doing all the work in terms of planting harvesting etc and just receiving a finished product while everyone gets paid. as for maintaining vspc share price and timing with toshiba...i dont like to get into theories like this because we could sit here and post for 2 years all the different theories of "maybe this" or "maybe that" and all the different possibilities of share prices and insider sells and all the different ways they can steal our money but thats not the reason im here...im here because i dont think these guys are out to jack us...and they are attempting to run a serious legit operation...i think carl is too old and too far into his professional career now to get into shady business...and what kind of legacy do you leave behind after such a career when your last matter of business was to "screw" shareholders of a company you have been working to grow for so many years. i can sit and think about ways i am going to lose my money for hours and come up with lots of reasons im sure...but in the end i dont think its the case so i do not waste my thoughts on that type of thing...i know you seem to like to look at the other side of things to protect yourself i guess...i just prefer to sit patiently and wait!
