Whats your 5-10 bagger research criteria?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investorshub. I found out about this site after reading the book "microcap investing" by Dan Holtzclaw.

Anyway, I know there is a lot to learn when it comes to pennies and subpennies. I can already tell that traditional investing practices will only facilitate the loss of your money in this arena.

I love the idea that these stocks can make you good money and make it fast provided your skilled enough to get in and get out appropriately.

I have a question for you veterans here on this board. Do 5-10 bagger stocks exhibit any particular characteristics that set them apart from other stocks before they run up or is this a hit and miss thing? In other words, do you just put a bunch of stocks on the radar screen and hope that one of them takes off?

What do you look for when you see potential in a 5-10 bagger?

I have been toying with a few variables that seem to correlate with the faster moving stocks and that is:
1. promotion
2. press
3. volume

I think if you can get all three of these babies working together then you have a good chance of hitting a good one....I'm sure this is obvious to most of you guys here on the board already but there are a few nuances that go into each factor and I'm curious about what you guys think and how you determine a potential 5-10 bagger...
