PaulyG, you raised a number of questions. I would appreciate your helping me better understand your information and your other thoughts that you shared:

(a) To me, $X dollars from licensing revenue is better than $X from sales revenue because licensing does not require any cost of goods sold. Licensing can be nearly pure profit. IF the revenues dollars were the same, why do you prefer sales over licensing?

(b) What is your source for the information that Sovereign Games has ceased their payments to EGC?

(c) What very large holdings does or did LC have in EGC? I haven't found any significant holdings under his control in the SEC filings. What holdings does/did LC have and what is your source for this information?

(d) Likewise, I have not found any documentation that LC was dumping his stock -- since my searches didn't find him having any holdings. What were his stock sales, and what is your information source?

(e) I'm not familiar with the term -- what do you mean by the term "tangible sales"?
