i see uwrl moving slowly up, following its MA(50). Lowest PPS it goes is 0.0025 and then goes up to 0.005 then maybe down to 0.003 and up to 0.005-0.006 and so on. Its not the fastest trend, but it is going up step by step.

As you can see on the chart, on section #2 it goes up and down between some limits just like uwrl is doing, but the nice part is that at the end of section #3 it is a 9-10X bagger. Do not panic guys because of the current PPS, stay informed, in control of the play, and any time you do not like the PPS check the link above and you will realize that the PPS is acting the way it is supposed to act.
