So true. This is a totally absentee BOD. Maybe they are trying to bring in some quality leadership...considering their past track record that is probably not an easy thing to do. Let's hope someone can look past the missed opportunities and the totally lack of compensation the company can currently offer and see an opportunity. The family and BOD will need to cede control if anything big is going to happen...I'm not sure they have the fortitude to do that...
