hey guys...fyi....CDIV has had a short position in it this week.........

i have a regular list of folks that i touch base with from time to time about unusual activity on a box.......i was speaking to one guy today and we were talking about another issue......i was asking him if mm's were playing a particular issue or was it just order flow.........his exact words were as follows:

"thats just order flow on xxxx, but xxxx is offering xxxx at xxxx, however, wasnt that you that asked me about cdiv the other day?.....i didnt answer the question, i just asked another question "whats the story with that one?".......his response: 'a couple of players got on it for a brief downturn earlier in the week, it was a little overbought, you should see some lift soon'.....this is from an order desk of a market participant!

i have no position in CDIV, i have never had a position in CDIV and this message is posted in a completely impartial manner!

as a side note, if i can sneak in under or close to that 50dma....i WILL have a postion in CDIV
