The last heading on a series of columns, that are automatecly populated once we enter the word and phone #(s), is "STATUS".
The entries under STATUS read "ACTIVE" once our input is accepted. If words are already taken "Not availible" appears.
So, the brand/key words become active for texting purposes upon input.
As mentioned in a post that I requestd be 'pinned' to the top of our board, I am reserving words for companies that I will call to present our program. Part of that presentaion will consist of requesting that the prospect text the brand that I've reserved
for them. If it connects I will ask if both the brand and the phone # that it connected to are suitable for their needs.
"Are there other depts/locations that we should be connecting to instead of or in addition to this one"?
