Those short interest #'s aren't correct... That list that finra has isn't "short interests" where someone is actually shorting it... It's "short sell" which is totally different.. the shares they show as "short" are shares that have yet to be settled...

ex. I sell my shares it takes 3 business days for those shares to settle with my broker. Those are considered "short" until they become settled shares between the brokers and TA... Until a security is delivered, it is considered to be technically short.

This site has a more closer reality for the short sells...
