Peter,
ERHE's water is being carried by the Operator and reportedly ERHE has agreed to PR when permitted by the Operator. EEL is toting its own water and can speak when it wants. I continue to have concerns with the way EEL worded their information (see my post from this a.m.) ERHE is beholden (sold its freedom to speak when it wishes) and DK has, as clearly as anyone can write English, stated that ERHE does not want to jeopardize current or future relations by violating our terms of monetary slavery. Now if SNP does not allow us to release certain info I am afraid that if we do we could be sued for breech of contract. We took their money and we will do as we are allowed by the Operator, that is relative to PRs. I do not see the SEC having any problem with this ERHE/SNP arrangement as long as there are no illegal activities.

If there is one thing I would like to see is the signed agreement between ERHE and SNP. I have no hopes of seeing it as documents like that are normally only made available in lawsuits, not the shareholders.
