Next Reverse Split allowed on MAY 5 ... 3 weeks away ... Has had 3 Reverse Splits in last 23 months!!! ... Shareholders have been "locked out" from selling their post-split shares for up to 15 trading days while , somehow, the insiders and/or funders sell at will... check the history here after each Reverse Split ...The "owner" also has moved assets OUT of SEVA into other shells WITHOUT giving exsisting shareholders ANYTHING! ...Legal?
