February 11, 2008, the Company changed its name from GreenShift Corporation to Carbonics Capital Corporation (f/k/a GreenShift Corporation) and completed a 1 for 20 reverse stock split. All stock prices, share amounts, per share information, stock options and stock warrants in this Report reflect the reverse split.
