So yes, he'd better be paying attention to this selling...Now the size of this seller puts him into a fairly small group within CCTC I would think, so it's not like I'm asking Doug to spend hours and hours doing this duty. It's not that big of a deal - if he's local go have lunch and talk it out, or just get the guy on the phone and talk it out...Good CEO's do this everyday - It's very important that Doug become Proactive, and clean this selling up.
