For some bizarre reason, my previous post was deleted. Let's be clear. As I said in that post, I was not referring to Klepsy.

My post from yesterday concerning my visit from authorities regarding an investigation of someone who has been trying to launch a digital music service is 100% true and accurate. I went on to say in the deleted post that the profiles of Klepsy and the target of the investigation are strikingly similar. And of course I will cooperate fully.

However the constant misleading and inaccurate statements that Qtrax has made specifically about launch dates over the last few years could easily lead to a similar situation. It only takes a shareholder or two to complain to the SEC and the wheels start rolling.
