10 K. As with all annual reports there was some good and some bad news. Certainly not bad enough to warrant all the selling going on. Sure, the expenses were high but Not unexpected for a Growing company. Unlike many OTC companies the money did not go into the pockets of the insiders but went to hiring key personal, R&D and promotion. I will be holding unto my shares as I believe better days are ahead. Just my opinion due your own research it's your money.
