One of three things will happen today:

1. Most likely - NO PR on the funding. Stated cleared that today was an anticipated day. People have chosen to take that word out.. but read folks. Dont think the sky is falling when you do not hear anything today. HE did not lie to you.. You just choose to come up with your own time line.

2. PR will come out mid day when the boards start to freak out because nothing has been mentioned. Its happened twice that DEAN gave PRs just when things started to get heated. The PR will be a "slight delay - but will be resolved by next week" - These things take time.

3. Least likely - PR on funding is closed. I bet we will have a Pre funding PR before the big one ever comes out.. I expected that mid week and when nothing came through...well.. here we are.
