Agreed, I was considering taking a much larger stake in this company based upon the ungagged T/A. But, as with many scam penny stocks and their closely related cousins...the CEO saw fit to announce the share structure in a PR (as if to send a message of transparency) and then went right back to GAGGING the T/A... again!!

NOW, instead of INCREASING my position today...I will be DECREASING the amount of shares I currently hold to manage my risk (and might just get out altogether).

Well,... more $$$ for TDGI I suppose-- and another vote for CEO's who have the integrity to act in a manner befitting investors hard-earned DOLLARS. Period!

Sorry for the venom,...so pissed, and tired of the games these CEO's keep playing! Wanna separate urself in penny land? Act honorably,...but I guess that's too much to ask of most.
