Good Morning CDIVers......

What a lousy last two days unless you are just entering CDIV or adding on. CDIV is being bombarded on all fronts now, but most of you are hanging very strong although many are nervous. That's understandable. I'm hoping this post helps those that are unsure of what is going on.

He's my take on the current situation. The pps of CDIV is dropping more than likely because the company, or another entity who received restricted shares of two years ago, may be selling some shares as they disclosed in their PR of two weeks ago. I have heard that many PMd the TA today for an answer regarding the increase of the OS by 5.5 mil. As was stated in that PR, there would shortly be that many shares added. My understanding is that 2 million of those shares are Rule 144 shares thereby allowing the CEO to sell 1% of the training 10 day average volume. Assuming a 10 day volume figure of 1 million per day, that would equate to 10,000 shares per day.

The remaining 3.5 mil shares are now also in the float. There is nothing wrong with a company selling a few shares, if that is what they are doing, in order to raise capital. I find it very interesting that so many posters from other boards are now the experts here and stating that they know exactly what the company is doing, yet none of them have been here from the move from .0007 to .715 and back to yesterday's close of .48.

There is still a question as to where the 3.5 million shares are from. If they are, in fact, shares belonging to the company, I welcome the infusion of capital into the company because, as to date, the CEO has followed through on all previous commitments. And since the CEO has not filed for any additional shares to be sold, I am confident that this will be the only shares to come into the float for quite awhile as this is the first increase in the OS in over one year. I have heard that the 3.5 mil of the 5.5 mil increase is from restricted shares for an acquisition/services rendered. I will attempt to confirm that early next week, as the CEO is unavailable until that time. If these 3.5 mil shares are from a previous business arrangement, who knows if all are being sold now, a portion or none. No one knows other than the entity that has control of those shares.

Assuming all of the new posters, who have been a tad on the negative side of the equation, are correct, and that the company is in fact selling these shares, then that could explain the after hour T trade shares. Should that be, then the 1 mil plus shares which showed as T trades over the last two days will have reduced the 3.5 mil to just under 2.5 mil to go. Additionally, the PR stated that there will also be 840,000 shares retired shortly.

I realize that there have been numerous suggestions as to what exactly where the T trade transactions and where have they come from. Here is my suggestion..... No one knows but the MM who posted them. We can speculate all we can, have Mods from other boards give us their negative expert input, but the fact remains, only the MM knows in addition to the seller if they are shares being sold legitimately.

I am hoping we get some answers shortly. As soon as the CEO or Monk return from their respective business travels, we will probably hear something. In the meantime, I would expect more attacks on the PPS, more attacks on the boards, and possibly more red. Now whether 3.5 mil comes into the market or the entire 5.5, which I strongly doubt is the case, this is not a large amount as most everyone here has witnessed with the many P&D scams out there. I believe a company is entitled to raise small amounts of capital when necessary. Whether it is 3.5 mil actually hitting at once, 5.5 mil hitting at once, or only 2 million being sold under Rule 144 with the 3.5 mil being held, I honestly do not know. But I will get the answer in short order.

Although CDIV is not a fundamental play, let's also keep in mind that we have 18 apps in the Apple Stores per PRs. We also have the real estate which has not been mentioned for a long time. What is that worth? No idea, but if sold, those funds could also be used for expansion of the company's internet business. We also have the CEO's business plan of another 6-12 acquisitions.

But the uplist which was PR'd two weeks ago yesterday, is by far the best indicator to me that the CDIV story is not yet finished. I hear from some very good posters, that all shares will have to be accounted for. I, for one, will have my shares in that count.

Finally, there have been over 100 attendees of the Monkinars to date, and those who attended have all spent 2-3 days with Monk in close quarters. Any of you have any concerns as to Monk's integrity or any suggestions that he does not put 100% into what he does for use? The decision is solely yours, people, to trust the man, trust those that have spent hours with him, along with people like me who have even vacationed with him on more than one occasion, or listen to the noise and the orchestrated takedown which we are witnessing. Personally, I have only sold 5,000 shares in 2010, although some outright vicious PM campaigns state that Monk, many other large shareholders, and I have sold everything between .60-.70. Nothing can be further from the truth. Add up the volume and let me know if 60 mil shares hit the market during that time frame? I'll be hanging on for the uplist and the eventual outcome of CDIV. It may get bloodier, it may be over tomorrow or early next week. I don't know.

Good luck to all, and I hope this post helps you keep a clear head.
