Phx85 - I'm sure hoping this wasn't all for show, but I've sure seen it happen before. Alot of questions still remain unanswered and we probably won't get answers until after the Reverse split is approved.
Could gspg dilute right back up to the 4 billion AS, sure they could, especially if no other financing is available. I can't say what I would feel is an acceptable amount of dilution until I see what we are getting in return.
If we get back up over a 1/2 billion shares and we still aren't mining, I would have to say this was all for show and we lose! On the other hand if we do achieve 1 million oz of gold a year for the next 3 years with minimal dilution, watch out, because gold isn't getting any cheaper!
