Sly....you want a company that shields itself from liability.

As an attorney, I always advise to separate entities to shield other parts of the company from liability. It's a wise move, not a stupid one.

I'm still waiting for Tilton to update the shareholders, as I believe he owes an explanation for not having the web up and running as promised.
