Somebody has to say it. If Tmobile felt they had a good case it wouldn't matter whether it was held, in Texas or Mississippi. They wouldn't be trying to have it moved to Washington State for home field advantage, unless they had some reason to doubt that they couldn't win outside Washington State. Haven't they heard of scanners or putting documents on disks. We're in the computer age people. Do they really have that many documents that are hard copy and can't be scanned. Give me a break already. As far as witnesses, they've already spent more on legal fees trying to move this thing than it would cost for witness travel expenses. I say move your attorneys to Washington State and we'll think about it.
