if it cost BEHL absolutely nothing to fill the Omega-3 order the most they'll receive is 3 million usd.

After seeing how the pps responded to the new CEO, the Newly build PBR, and the new website .. I don't think a forward looking PR about a 150 acre farm is going to do a thing.
