I actually contacted the department of commerce last week and there was nothing from any of them. Actually spoke to several people.

I would say that whatever is happening, is either of a very confidential nature or not occuring via the standard channels.

Neither the department of commerce or energy were granting warehouses...it could be directly with the governor's office, but that is an office I will not call. If they are with the governor, I am not going to screw that up by making a call to find out...that would just be shooting myself in the foot.

Whatever is going on, is not at the obvious/easy to find level, which means that if anyone uncovers it, we may end up screwing the company and ourselves in the end.

When I came to that conclusion, I went back to the financial report, analyzed it, decided that Peter was the man behind South Carolina and that his connections were what Brian is using and that is why the obvious channels no nothing about what is going on. At that point, I decided to back off, trust and wait....
