There has been NO big dumping since the "experts" came out to the mill so that is a good sign that a feasible plan is being made and insiders are content to hold.

About the holding pond-I would be more than willing to take a drink from it. I am sure it is not toxic and I would continue to live with only a slight case of diahrea. Seems CPRK has every intention to fix the problems and be back up asap.
