This is just my opinion, but he may not have been able to come through with 1)Sponsor Bank name and 2)OTCBB uplisting when he first said so simply because he was trying to please investors. There are probably some other little set backs in there, but there was a big push on him to produce some MAJOR news that would help out investors. He knew where he wanted to go and set some time limits on a few of them. Now that he has changed one and not come through on the other, he's the one at fault. Now, we are seeing that the business aspect of this is coming first (1 kiosk open in Hong Kong) and investor relations is second. I think that the horse is before the cart now.
