Just called their head office and got a REAL person. The top dogs are out in Knoxville right now working on the deal. He said he didn't have any information about when the PR would be released. He said he doesn't handle that side of the business. I also let him know about the issues regarding some of the website addresses being old and he said he would get with BRIAN whoever that is and those would be resolved as well.

What I did get as far as information goes is this: The company operates out of current successful practices. They share their customer base. This means that they start each location with an instant base of customers to tap into. By working hand in hand with these already successful practices they are able to obtain a lot more clients without the cost of attainment that you would typically have with traditional marketing. I hear radio spots all the time so I know they advertise as well, but this is a great way to keep their costs down.

I'm not sure what the flagship location will look like but it is meant to be a standalone location. I'm sure that future locations will be similar in nature.

The huge upside to locating within successful practices is that you can tap their customer base AND the cost of growth is MUCH lower.

This month I have said, "I can't wait until Monday" far too often!
