What type of numbers are expected to be seen as a positive here?

I know we are all guessing as to how many bulbs were sold, but has anyone made a stab at what may be that magic line between positive PR and a negative PR?

Just curious, I have been out of loop for a while. First bought into this stock while in Afghanistan.
