You know what really cracks me up and is the number one red flag?

Who was Rufus claiming was the receiving bank for the SWIFT on all these bonds and medium term notes? Where was his supposed institutional account?

You can then find the bank's compliance officer, who in turn can verify if Rufus was telling the truth.

Copies of all SWIFTS would be enough to get any charges against Rufio thrown out in a heartbeat.

But there are none.
