I will try to address this,,

First of all, don't concern yourself with the NSS..I myself could care less about that and if this was the case,it wouldn't matter one way or the other..We are pons in this game and the only protection is the SEC and that doesn't bring comfort..However,with that said,I really don't see where your holdings would be effected and is probably sound..This is a problem with the MMs and as with many companies,now they feel they want to be a part of this and we as shareholders have a bleacher seat.

On with the tender offer...Listen,UC owns majority of the stock,"no it's butts ands about it"..This is his game..

Here is a scenario..Monday morning we get a halt on the trading..CMKX offers a tender offer to buy all O/S for .10 to all shareholders.If you are going to be a pissant and want more,you better have majority of other shareholders to take your position,but my guess,many will take the offer..

Done deal..I will take the tender..Ok you got it..
